Majority of staff were fantastic, the food variety and options for someone who is gluten free were great and staff were helpful with this. The hotel offers a good mix of fun, music and activities but also a great place to relax too. Special mentions to Ludwig (manager), Francis (pool) and Jeffrin waiter in Diamond club beach bar and Italian.

Food: We found the breakfast at the ELEMENTS Buffet veryyyy good. It was varied and complete. The salt and pepper shakers weren't working very well, other than that we really enjoyed breakfast and all meals in general. On our first night we tried the TANDORI restaurant Indian Cuisine, and the food was spectacular. PRO TIP: Ask for the basmati rice as a side dish, it's the best!!! On our second and last night we tried the PESCARI restaurant Sushi & Ceviche, my partner and I had ALL the rolls, it was a very fun and rewarding experience. The rolls were good overall, but our favorite was definitely the "ceviche roll". Every meal was generally very good! Service: In terms of service, we were overly pleased with how personalized the service was. Everyone, absolutely everyone, was very kind and very attentive, we had no problem with any of them. We want to give special thanks to Pedro, our butler, who was always super attentive to all our needs. He always went above and beyond to help with everything. Thank you Pedro for making our weekend a wonderful stay! It is also worth mentioning the special treatment we had from Marcos, at the main pool bar, as well as Katherine! and Salvador at the Munchies snack bar! We are very pleased with absolutely everyone. Entertainment: The resort has several activities during the day, we thank Pedro once again for sending us the itinerary for the current day every morning, so we didn't miss out on the activities we were interested in. The foam party in the main pool was so much fun! We had a really great time! The theme parties at night were also a lot of fun, I liked the part where the songs were choreographed and we got to follow along. My partner and I were laughing because we hadn't even left the resort yet and we were already planning when we were going to come back. It was a very pleasant experience.

The staff was the highlight of the trip (shoutout to Yudy, Rudy, Rosa, Yudelki, Surelvi, Adrian and all the other amazing staff we met). Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. The food at the buffet was pretty good and they had plenty of options to choose from. The hotel seemed a bit far off from the city center and the airport (taxi ride was 50 - 70 dollars). The pool was great and we were able to book an ATV excursion through the hotel. Overall, a solid experience.

The staff! I kid you not . They were warm and welcoming. All the shows at night were excellent. from the Chic Angels to the Vibe team shout out to Ray, Ruddy, Julio, Siri and Santiago they kept it flowing! And there is the Physical Fitness crew aka Big Papi! he was awesome! Also some special bartenders and waiters Marco, Fabio, Mirabel, Roberto and Juan also Ysabel. I feel like I’m missing someone. But honestly it’s the staff that really makes a place memorable. the food… excelente! My faves was the buffet for Dominican night and then there’s Hunter’s(chef’s kiss!) but honestly they were delicious! it is a smaller resort which is great, I feel like folks are more attentive. oh and how Can i forget Elvira and our butler Esmirina! they have such great hearts.
